Shipping

1、How long does it take to receive my order?

Preparing and delivery time completely depends on the destination. Normally, you can receive your goods in 5-10 days.

About tracking:

Please check your tracking information in [My account] - [My Orders] (Shipped)-[Order Tracking]. Or track on the website of related shipping company with tracking number in the email/message sent by Parton.

2、Where you ship goods from?

 Normally we ship the goods from Hong Kong,China. Meanwhile we have aslo warehouse in United Arab Emirates,Saudi Arabia,Saudi Arabia. It depends on the situation of warehouse.

3、What is the shipping cost?

 Free shipping will be provided if your order amount is more than USD $50  in United Arab Emirates, or more than USD $80 in Saudi Arabia.

Orders

1、Why was my order canceled?

1. Unpaid order: It will be canceled automatically by the system if the payment is not completed in 40min;

2. Payment failure: It will be canceled if your order is in failed payment.

3. Problem order: It will be canceled if we fail to contact you about Address issue of your order;

4. COD order: It will be canceled if we fail to contact you to confirm the order within 3 days;

5. Out of stock: It will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.

Note: To prevent your COD order from being canceled, please be attentive to our messages and calls.

2、How can I cancel the order?

· COD order: You can cancel it by yourself on APP within 30 minutes to 2 hours after you place your order. Please follow the steps as below:

1. Find your order in “Preparing”Orders;

2. Click "Cancel" in Order Details page;

Note: Shipped order can't be canceled. And if you refuse to receive COD orders, it may cause you to place next COD order in the future.

3、What should I do if I want to add or remove the items in my order?

If you truly want to modify, please choose to cancel your order and place a new one.If you could not cancel orders by yourself, please contact us to cancel for you.

Return Policy

Parton guarantees return within 15 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with our products and Door to Door Pick Up Service is available for all over the world.

Return Conditions

1. All returns must be in good condition with original tags, labels and packing.
2.Freight Collect for return package to Parton is not acceptable.
